I knew Jesse off and on for 43 years. I first met him when he was a Virginia state trooper, working with my husband who was the Commonwealth Attorney. They were also in JCs together and we're good friends. He was well respected in the county and as a trooper. I will miss him, as we were friends. Condolences to Vicki and Phil.
