Oh Jimmy, every once in a while you cross my mind and i get a little laugh. We all had some great times in high school. Whether it was basketball, or listening to you talk about the work on your car you were doing with your dad or just hanging in your room we always had a good time!! Your smile and that laugh could make any day better! Thanks for keeping (most) of my secrets!  Take it easy buddy! We'll hang out when I see you again, keep the seat warm!

Although I haven't known Jimmy but a few years , he always had a smile on his face , always nice as could be!

To my sweet Little Jimmy...not sure he really liked me calling him that but he let me by with it, as I let him by with calling me red head. You will be missed but I know heaven gained an awesome angel and I know I will see you again. You and your family have a special place in my heart and I pray for you all. Praying God wraps his loving arms around you all and that you have peace in knowing that he is watching over us all.

I love u always my brother.  Your legacy lives on.  My heart hurts for the loss of my brother, though we weren't blood it couldn't have brought us any closer.  Always thought we'd grow old together like we always talked about but my heart tells me u knew that wouldn't happen that makes me happy that at least we seen each other before u went home to heaven and we said our last I love yous and parted ways. Sorry for your loss. I remember going to basketball practice with Jimmy and cutting up with him and the other guys on the team, and when me and him went to the beach for senior week we got there and they had us in a room on the third floor with no elevator we had a blast. Jimmy was a close friend and he will forever be missed. Agin sorry for your loss any I'm praying for you .

I went to middle school and high school with Jimmy.  Jimmy was such a sweet guy!  He always knew how to make anyone smile and laugh. Praying for you all!

As young parents we were faced with having to deal with a tragic auto mobile accident that almost took his Mom's life and left Jimmy paralyzed. He was only 10 months old and paralyzed from the chest down. We some how held things together. As the days went by we started moving in positive direction. We were surrounded by some good people. We wondered how are we going to afford a wheelchair and everything he needs in life. Then Shrieners came into our life, from there the healing started.  Jimmy would get free transportation to the hospital. I remember his first set of leg braces that allowed him to stand and somewhat feel normal. To us, he was all ways normal. He was like all the other kids. We never let anyone baby him. I remember a few months after the accident he was sitting on the floor kind of whining and wanting us to help him. His Mom looked at him and said, Jimmy, you need to find a way to do it yourself. Mom and Dad may not all ways be here for you. It was not long before Jimmy could do everything on his own and if he needed help climbing steps he would try till he couldn't and I would have to go help. It's not going to be easy to move on, but in our hearts I know that he is looking down on us and giving us the strength. We loved our Little Jimmy!

Oh Jimmy, how you will be missed. You were loved and you were a loving person. That quirky sense of humor and kidding personality you had was wonderful. You are in Heaven now and watching over your family daily. Lots of love and prayers for Jim, Michelle and Candy being sent.   With that said, my most memorable story about you is the time we were eating at my Moms house. She had cooked this huge meal and she always ran around trying to add more food to your plate and just hovering over you making sure you had enough. She came and brought you more iced tea when I was sitting right next to you with an empty cup. I looked at you and called you a brat as you slurped on that iced tea.  You looked at me and said maybe I am, but I have some nice cold tea. So every time after that she tried to fill you glass or get you something else to eat, the minute her back was turned you stuck your tongue out at me. In pure Jimmy style.

My prayers and condolences to the family. I've known Jimmy since I was 16 and he was a very close and very good friend of mine. He had just text me the night before to check on me and see how my pregnancy was going. He was a wonderful friend and a very caring person. He was one of the truest friends I ever had. I could always count on Jimmy for anything I needed whether it be a place to sleep for the night or a shoulder to cry on, he was always there for me. And I will truly miss him. Love you Jimmy!
