Born August 21, 1948 in Alexander County, she was the daughter of Thelma Bowman and the late Carl Bowman.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her bothers Earnest Bowman, Verlin Bowman, and Henry Bowman.
Left to cherish her memory are her Daughter, Tina Tallent (Stephen Williamson) of Conover; Mother Thelma Bowman; Brothers A.C. Bowman (Carolyn), Ricky Bowman, Curtis Bowman; Sisters Stella Jane Wike, and Rose Sweet (Robert); Sisters in law JoAnn Bowman (spouse of late Verlin Bowman), Judy Bowman (spouse of late Henry Bowman); Grandchild Caroline Irene Tallent.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday June 5, 2017 at Oxford Baptist Church Memorial Garden in Conover with the Rev. Karla Woggon of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension officiating.
