

Joan was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. She spent many years in Yonkers, NY and East Brunswick, NJ prior to settling in Sussex County. Joan worked in the secretarial field for 40 years; she retired in 2004.
In her younger years, Joan was a member of the “Lucky 7,” a girl’s group formed by her and her closest friends in the Bronx. She was an avid bowler and a regular at the bowling alley on Friday nights. Joan was an incredible cook and known for her famous meatballs. She was a woman deeply dedicated to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them with many treats.
Joan was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin J. and Margaret (Mauriello) Sinisi. She is survived by her children, Blaise J. Santi, Jr. and his wife, Linda, and Gena A. Magrino and her husband, John; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Santi, Devin (Nina) Santi, Blaise Santi III, Nicolas Magrino and Giavana Magrino.
