Rita C. Petio, age 85, of New Providence, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

Rita is predeceased by her parents, Bernhardt and Erika Herzog. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Schaumburg (Paul) and grandson, Zachary Schaumburg.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 10:00am-11:00am at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street, NJ. A prayer service will be held at 11:30am at The Chapel Mausoleum at Newton Cemetery, Lawnwood Avenue, Newton, NJ.
