Antonietta Perri, born October 26, 1939, in Bianci, Italy, passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 86. A longtime resident of Toronto, Ontario, Antonietta will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her children Andrea Sigismondo and wife Karen, Joe Sigismondo and wife Pompea and John Sigismondo and her brother Jim Perri and wife Irene.She was a beloved Nonna to Natalie, Cinzia and Alissa Sigismondo and great-Nonna to Jaxon and Jace Wozny and Adelina Squitieri. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Maryann, her husband Enzo Bozzer, her siblings: Giovanna Perri, Mario Perri, Christine Sassone and Vince Perri, and her parents Joseph and Annunziata Perri.
Throughout her life, Antonietta carried herself with a steady determination and a spirit that met life’s challenges with quiet strength. Her willingness to embrace new experiences—whether through travel, enjoyable car rides, or the simple pleasure of a lively outings with friends and family—reflected a sense of curiosity and courage that remained with her through the years.
Antonietta found joy in the warmth of companionship and the comfort of familiar pastimes. She loved playing cards, cooking, and spending time in social settings, where her presence was both spirited and welcoming. She especially enjoyed playing bingo, a pastime that brought together her love of community and her gift for connection.
Her faith and generosity were evident in the time she gave volunteering with her church in Toronto, as well as in her involvement in senior social activities. In these circles, Antonietta’s steadfast nature and friendly spirit left a lasting impression.
Antonietta will also be fondly remembered for her unmistakable personal touch—her beloved 507 CoverGirl red lipstick—an enduring detail that spoke to her confidence and strong will. Her memory will be held close, with gratitude for the life she lived and the love she gave.
The family will receive friends at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, ON, on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 11:30 am - 1:30 p.m., with the service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Rite of committal will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
