It is with great sadness his family announces the sudden passing of Bruce who died in his sleep on Saturday November 26, 2016 at the age of 46. Son of Gary and Bonnie Hodgson, dear brother of Craig. Grandson of Melissa and Robert Douglas Ward (deceased) and fiance of Lisa Gent. He will be missed by his cousins Trent Hodgson and daughter Julia, Julianne Burke (Tim) and family, Brianne, Timothy and Evan. Also one Aunt Elizabeth Hodgson (Wayne deceased) and family Christopher, Charlotte, Jennifer, Joseph and Tania. Bruce served with Canada Border Services Agency for 19 years.
Family and friends will be received at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM. A funeral Service will take place in the chapel on Thursday December 1st, 2016 at 1:30pm Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations will be welcome to the Canadian Arthritis Society, The Niagara Falls Humane Society or the PTSD Association of Canada.
