ADAMS, Gary John - It is with a heavy heart that the family of Gary Adams announces his passing at his home on Sunday May 8, 2016. Gary was in his 69th year. He was the epitome of grace and courage throughout his illness. That is what our beautiful, blended family will remember the most. Gary was a member of Local 666 Plumbers and Steamfitters Union for many years, and served as Union President for a time, proudly so. He is survived by his wife Cheryl (Henderson), sons Matthew, Brent (Andrea) and their children Brendan, Travis and Jack, Kirk (Kathleen) and their children Thomas and Alexis, daughter Kimberley (Shaun) and grandson Ryan (Chelsea) and their son Hudson and granddaughter Natasha and her son Bentley. Gary is also survived by his brothers Ronnie and Kenny, his sister Annette (Phil), his niece Rita and her son Jaysen. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Rita Adams and sister Pauline. Special thanks go out to Gary's friend Ken Hodgson who was with him throughout his illness and was a true friend in every sense of the word. Thank you also to Dr. P. Kundi and the incredible staff of Vasko Pharmacy, as well as CCAC nurses Colleen, Trina and Jocelyne. At Gary's request cremation has taken place.
