PENCA, Janez 'John' - Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital with his family by his side on Monday January 16 2023, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of 57 years to Anica 'Anna' and cherished father of Joanne (Jim) MacInnis and Margaret (Jason) Pitura. Loving grandfather of Julia and Michael MacInnis. Loving brother of Maria (Tine) As and Frank Penca. John was a great father and grandfather and was well loved by his family and friends. He loved his walks twice daily and never missed a day. He worked for Hayes Dana for 36 years until his retirement. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of John, memorial contributions may be made to the Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Center) and would be appreciated by his family.
