Kathe Michalski

With gratitude for the love that we were blessed to experience, we sadly announce Kathe’s gentle passing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at GNGH at the age of 93. The sharing of her unique talents will be missed by us all.

Beloved wife of the late Frank (2002). Treasured mother of Anneliese Burke, Renate (Pete) Colosimo and Linda (Rick) Hales. Loving Oma to Matthew (Amanda) Burke, Adam Burke, Liam and Graeme Hales, Nick (Irene) Colosimo, and Ken (Jackie) Colosimo. Caring Uroma to Cian and Alannah (Cole) Burke, Ava Colosimo and Luke Colosimo. Cherished sister of Marga Twardzik. Predeceased by her parents Grete and Kaspar Reichel and her sister Gunda Twardzik.

A special thanks is extended to the caring staff at River Road Retirement Residence and for the palliative care she received at GNGH.

The family will receive friends at PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Scapular Church, 6557 Thorold Stone Rd. on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10 a.m. Rite of committal to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
