Laura Ann Rigg

Laura (nee Smith), at the age of 74, was the much loved mother of David (April), Tommy (Kristy), Donny (Christina), and John (Sharla). Never far from Laura’s heart, was her niece Lisa Smith and her family. Laura will be remembered by siblings Linda (late Jim Morocco), Roberta (late Edward Mcara), and Sharon (Eugene Norad). Predeceased by brothers Albert “Sonny”, Bill (Christine) and sisters Denise (Jim Hart) and Beverly (late Doug Wheeler), as well as by her parents Robert and Helen Smith, and by her infant daughter Molly. Loving grandmother of Christopher (Olivia), Brendon, T.J., Larry, Allisa, Morgan, Josh and the late Nickolas and great grandchildren Domonic, Lyra and Isla. Forever in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Laura’s greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a social butterfly, who had a love for everyone she met. She was a long time member of the Moose Lodge and a proud Lioness. Never missing a family gathering and always there to help. She was truly an angel that walked among us.

In keeping with Laura’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside interment will be held at a later date.
