

Lillian, at the beautiful age of 96, was predeceased by her husband, Cleairley Hicks (1996). A proud and cherished mother, she leaves behind a legacy of love through her children: Janet (Earl Hedden), the late Geraldine (the late William Raymond), Susan (Tom McCabe), Vera (Randy Kaine), Michael Hicks (Anita), Marilyn (the late Bob Best), the late Maxine (Wilf Kimberly), Brian Hicks (Brenda), Reginald Hicks (Ann), Kathy (Roger Holmes), William Hicks, and Tuesday “Twiggy” Perry. Lillian was a proud and much-loved grandmother to Becky, Gwen, Dawn, Philip, Roberta, Andrea, Patrick, Adam, Tanya, Angel, Jaime, Derek, Melissa, Randy, Katrina, Michael, Scott, Wade, Wilf, T.J., Leslie, Clayton, Leanne, Brian, John Paul, the late Jamie, Jennifer, Brandon, Jolene, Lindsey, Amanda, Shannon, Frankie, and Aaron, and she will be forever remembered by her numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Lillian leaves behind her loving and devoted sister and best friend Viola Hicks. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers and their spouses; Helen Allen, Frank Reid, Gerald Reid, Ken Reid, Iola Lydick and Goerge Reid.
Lillian loved her family above all else. Her dedication, guidance, and unwavering heart shaped generations. She carried with her a deep connection to the East Coast and proudly upheld the traditions that meant so much to her. Her legacy lives on in her precious grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their families, who will continue to honour her memory through the values she instilled in them.
Visitation will take place at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. and 6:00–8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Patterson Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Fairview Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
