Norman Harold Tubbe

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Norman, who departed peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, surrounded by his family in his 85th year. He was the husband of Marlene (née Becevel) for 59 years. Norman was a cherished father to Paula (Alan) Bonato and Joe (Tracy) Tubbe, and a treasured grandpa to Kristen and Erin Tubbe. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother Donald (Carol), brother-in-law Arthur Becevel, and many nieces and nephews. Norman took immense pride in his 54 years of service at Crawford Smith & Swallow. He also enjoyed coaching baseball and hockey and was an active member of the curling club. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Joyce Antonio for your unwavering support, to our granddaughter Kristen for all your help, to Chris Becevel for your ongoing encouragement, and to the palliative care team and Jeff for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, ON) on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will take place at St. Patrick Church (4673 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON) on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11 AM, followed by a graveside service at Fairview Cemetery (4501 Stanley Ave. Niagara Falls, ON). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Niagara Children’s Centre.
