On Wednesday, January 4, 2017, Rhoda passed away at the GNGH, just shy of her 98th birthday. Cherished wife and best friend of the late Harry for 57 years. Dear mother of Tom (Joanne), Philip (Darlene) and Carol (Blair) Heuser. Loving grandmother of Laura (Ken), Jill (Greg), Lisa (Steve), Sarah (Steve), Carly, and Danielle. Predeceased by her grandson Paul. “GG Rhoda” to ten great-grandchildren. Rhoda was an avid golfer and loved a great game of Bridge.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. when a Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at HETHERINGTON & DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave (Niagara Falls); 905-354-5614. Interment will follow in Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
