Robert Joseph Rideout

After a courageous battle on November 4th, 2018 at the age of 53. Survived by his mother Rose Hewson and predeceased by his father Archibald Rideout. Sadly missed by his brother Chris (Laurie) Rideout and niece Natasha (Ryan) Millar and nephew Joseph Rideout (Liz Collee). Great-nieces Emma, Angelina and Crystal. Bob’s passion was to shop for his nieces, nephews, friends and family, he enjoyed eating out, playing cribbage, and was a past member of the Moose Lodge in Niagara Falls and was also an avid collector of memorabilia. Best of all, he loved to play Santa Clause for charities and schools. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Tuesday Nov. 13th from 12-1pm. Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1pm with a Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery in St. Catharines. Donations towards Bob’s monument would be appreciated by the family and can be made through Hetherington and Deans Funeral Chapel.
