Roy’s full life was spent serving his country on the corvette “Mayflower” during WWII, and within the community at Fraser’s Grocery for 43 years alongside his in-laws and wife Marion, where he was known for choice cuts of meat and delivering groceries with his trusted four-legged companion “Teddy” to the neighbors throughout the community.
Never one to sit still he was an member of the Tropical Fish society along with being an avid bowler, and spent countless hours in the great outdoors; fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, and travelling to far off lands exploring the sights, sounds and smells.
