Beloved wife of Michael for 48 years. Cherished aunt of Leslie Farisco, and Daniella Sacco (Carlo), and great-aunt of Olivia, Aidan, Jordan, and Sophia and Giancarlo and Lilianna. Treasured friends Rita Bond, Rita Elia and Loretta Pietrobon. Predeceased by her parents Giobatta "Gianni" and Maria Visentin, sister, Giuliana Farisco (Ralph).
Susanne immigrated to Canada from Italy at the age of one and attended school in Niagara Falls, graduated from Loretto Academy. Throughout her life, she worked at various jobs, including waitressing and bartending, and later at the casino as a customer service greeter. She also enjoyed waitressing at Table Rock Restaurant, where she appreciated the beautiful view overlooking Niagara Falls.
Susanne enjoyed playing softball, learning how to curl, an enthusiastic gardener, and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
The family will receive friends at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, on Sunday from 1- 5 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Scapular Church, 6557 Thorold Stone Road, Niagara Falls, on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 12:00 noon. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to either the Canadian Lung Association or Asthma Canada.
