Tom King

It is with utmost sadness that we share with you the sudden loss of yet another family member, the affable Tom King, in his 57th year, on April 15, 2012, while surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Burt and Aline King of Grand Falls, New Brunswick; loving husband of Karen (Rienzo); devoted father to Kevin (Anna ), Taryn (Josh), Ryan (Katie), Brittany(Frank); brother of Maria(Wayne) Scrivens; brother-in-law to Luanne Dube (Brampton) and the late Randy (Nancy) Rienzo (2011). Adoring uncle to nieces Brianne and Blaire Dube (Brampton), Kat and Heather Scrivens (Toronto); and predeceased by his father-in-law Charles Rienzo (Betty Lou) (March 23, 2012). Tom loved travelling, his dogs Nikki, Joey and Abby, his backyard oasis “King’s Landing”, and most of all the joy of family get-togethers with his close knit family. Thank you to Andy and Rose for your outstanding care while in the I.C.U. at G.N.G.H.

The family will receive visitors at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 2 - 4 PM and 7 – 9 PM with a service in the chapel on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 11 AM. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
