Wayne is survived by four children: Liz, Ashley (Nick), Petra, and Tegan; three grandchildren: Olivia, Addisynn and Kaspen; sister Rebecca (Brad), brother David (Catalina), nephew Chris, and niece Theresa. He will be missed by several friends, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is pre-deceased by parents Alphonso and Barbara (Bob).
Born in Welland and raised in Niagara Falls, Wayne was a history buff, and had a keen interest in music, archeology and dinosaurs. He was always up for a game of cribbage as long as his teams weren’t on TV! (Go Bills, Go Leafs!)
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will hold a private interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
