Peacefully at GNGH June 20, 2015 at the age of 93. Predeceased by his loving wife Irene Helen & his daughter Iris Culp. Sadly missed by his children Wilfred Jr. (Maxine), Ruth (Phil) Boyer, Penny (Peter) Lostracco, Debbie (John) Kempt, & son-in-law Jim Culp. Beloved grandpa to Tim, Wilfred Jr. Lesley, Travis, Clayton, Rick, Wayne, Ronnie, Phil Jr., Peter Jr., Nicholas, Nicole, Jake & many great-grandchildren. Also sadly missed by his sister Eilene Gallen, nephew Len Jr. Kimberley, & best friends Don Wall & Dell Leonard. Bill retired from Cyanamid Welland Plant after 40+ yrs & in his retirement was a general handy-man helping his family &friends. A special thank-you to Valley Park Lodge & the GNGH hospital staff for their care & compassion. The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls on Tuesday June 23rd from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday June 24th at 11:00 am followed by internment at Fairview Cemetery. Donations to Valley Park Lodge would be appreciated.
