She was born on January 25, 1952, in Bridgeport, CT, the daughter of Richard "Dick" Robertson and Edna Forbus.
She loved to cook, baking, and gardening. She enjoyed her birds, especially her hummingbirds. She loved her cats and fairies.
Roxanne is survived by her children Maria Bermudez (Emil) of Middletown, CT, Paul Bermudez (Evelyn) of Ketchikan, AK, Warren Birch of New London, CT, and Keith Birch (Kelly) of Niantic, CT; her brothers Paul Robertson of Bristol, CT, and Mike Meketa of Ohio; her sisters Cathy Legg and Debbie Meketa, both of Missouri; grandchildren Troy, Kyle, Tyler, Sahara, Kendra, Paul, Jr., Kayloni, Chanel, Adeline, Keith, Jr., Gabrielle, Gavin, Jordan, Nicole, Hailey, and Freya; and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Roxanne was predeceased by her son Kevin Birch, and brothers Harry "Rocky" Meketa, Jr., and Albert "Burt" Butler.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 6th from 2-4pm at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 13 Lake Ave., Niantic.
