Daniel Costillo passed away peacefully on October 29, 2024. He was born in Temple, TX and lived most of his life in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy Hotard; two daughters, Desiree Costillo and Demire C. Perricone; bothers, Manuel, David, and Paul Castillo; and sister, Sarah Guzman. He is preceded in death by his son, Daniel B. Costillo; his parents, Guadeloupe and Lupe Castillo; and his siblings, Mary C. Reyes, Ramona C. Ortega, Lupe, Jr., and Johnny Castillo.
