

On June 1, 2012 the good Lord came and took Jeanette Keller into his arms. She was born on August 18,1939 at 819 St. Peter Street in the heart of the French Quarter. She married Stephen A. Arceneaux Sr. (wife Cindy). Steve and her had a son, the late Stephen A. Arceneaux, Jr. She later married her handsome, loving and caring husband Jimmy Keller. Jimmy and she have been married for 30 years. She cared for her precious grandchildren, Amber Marie Arceneaux and the late Stephen A. Arceneaux III. She leaves behind her caring brother, Albert Louis Thiery and she will go to meet her beautiful late sister, Victoria Thiery Broussard and her late parents Albert and Lucille Miceli Thiery. She also leaves behind many wonderful relatives and friends especially Uncle Tick and Aunt Bertha, her adorable Aunt “Little Sister”, her sweetheart of a mother-in-law, Gracie Becnel Keller and her dearest friend Joyce Lopez. She loved all of her nieces, nephews, cousins and all those who called her Nanny. She had deep devotion to God, Sacred Heart of Jesus, Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Jude, St. Joseph, St. Philomena, St. Bernadette, Father Seelos and especially St. Dismas the good thief and her Guardian Angel. She lived a good and full life and thank all those who prayed for her- especially the Becnel Family Reunion, Mrs. Mary Schmidt and the staff and children of St. Charles Borromeo School, just to name a few. Jeanette leaves with the words of St. Dismas- “Lord, the remember me”. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 5, 2012 from 9:15 to 11:45 at St. Charles Borromeo 13396 River Road, Destrehan, LA.
