Kenny is survived by his two children, Jordan Champagne and Gage Champagne, his mother, Carmella Champagne, sister, Connie Champagne Fricken (David Fricken), niece, Carly Troxclair (Alex Troxclair), and great-niece, Camille Troxclair. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Champagne Sr., and is now reunited with him in heaven.
Kenny lived life to the fullest, embracing every moment with a zest for adventure and a love for his family. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and camper, often spending time outdoors doing what he loved. He also enjoyed racing cars with his friends. Above all, Kenny was a dedicated father to his two children, Jordan and Gage, and he cherished every moment spent with them, particularly on the trips they made to Disney World. His love for his children was boundless, and he always strived to be the best father he could be.
For many years, Kenny worked at ADM, where he was respected by his colleagues for his work ethic and positive attitude. When not working, he could often be found enjoying time with his loved ones, making memories that would last a lifetime.
A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held on January 11, 2025 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA. Visitation will be held from 11 AM - 12 PM with a memorial Mass to begin at 12 PM, where family and friends can gather to honor the memory of a man who lived with passion, kindness, and an unwavering love for those closest to him.
