Barbara Vann Gallagher

Barbara Vann Gallagher, 66, passed away on October 4, 2016. A Norfolk native, Mrs. Gallagher was preceded in death by her father, John A. Vann and a son Shaun Andrew Gallagher. Survivors include her loving husband of thirty-eight years William James Gallagher, her mother Annie Brickhouse Vann; two sisters Tootsie Cartwright and husband William and Shirley Edinger and husband Steve; and several nieces and nephews.
