Pop was the son of the late James Driscoll and the late Blanche Driscoll. He was a member of Little Creek Baptist Church. Pop’s most enjoyable moments were fishing, hunting and to karaoke to his favorite idol Frank Sinatra.
With a combined total of 47 years Pop retired U. S. Army, Virginia Beach Deputy Sheriff, and Civil Service.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Dorothy, nine children, Deborah, Gerard, Michael, Dana, Raymond, Samuel, Dawn, David and Darlene, 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home; a reception to follow. Interment with military honors will be held in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends can join the family Friday evening from 6-8 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Little Creek Baptist Church.
