Linda was retired from the Norfolk General District Court, Civil Division with 40 years of service. She was the daughter of the late Janell and David Culpepper.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Janell Wilson of Norfolk; her son, Vernon M. Chapman, Jr, and his wife, Carolyn Chapman; her daughter, Merri J. Chapman; 2 grandchildren, Christine and Michael Chapman; niece, Julie Asbra and nephew, David Wilson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2:00 PM in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, 818 Norview Avenue in Norfolk.
