Phyllis will always be remembered for her hugs and beautiful smiles she had for all. Thank you to Dr. Michael Moro and staff for the loving care provided to her. The memorial service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Norfolk, VA at 11am on February 8, 2013, in the Mausoleum.
