He is survived by his sister Linda Tyson, brother Russ Keller, children Justin Keller, Jessica Keller, Kory Keller, 8 grandchildren, 4 nieces and nephews. He was a dog loving smoker and he was a joker, he was truly one of a kind. He would tell you when you're out of line but also tell you he loves you at the same time. He would help only if your willing to help yourself.

The celebration of life to shortly follow, in lieu of flowers family will be gracefully accepting donations.
The memorial for Richard will be held Monday, September 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502.
