Norfolk - Richard Dexter Klein, 72, passed away Nov. 19, 2016. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, retiring after 21 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Patsy Klein; daughter Rebecca Hughes and her husband Michael; granddaughters, Crystal and Lauren Hughes; brother George Klein; and sister, Dixie Klein.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Mon. Nov. 28, 2016 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
