Steven Luke Arbour passed on May 14, 2026, at the age of 65. Steven was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Wanda Childers Arbour and the late Robert Arbour. Besides his father, Steven was preceded in death by his brother, Mark.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving mother, Wanda; sisters, Sheila Spurlock (Dave) and Sherrie Epperson; and a host of other family and friends.
Steven's funeral will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502, on May 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
