Bill was predeceased by sisters, Maxine Strain and Charlene McCaslin; and brother, John C. Burns, Jr.
Bill leaves to cherish his memory, his wife and best friend, Molly S. Burns; sons, Thomas E. Burns, Jr. (Michele) and Robert C. Burns (Patricia); daughters, Vicki L. McConnell (Jim) and Pat B. Boggs; grandchildren, Samantha Lee and Zachary Boggs, Joshua and Heather Raven (John), Cody L. and Roger Burns; great-grandchildren, Regan Dudley and Jaclyn Raven; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Mon., 9/19 at 11am with a graveside service at 1pm, Woodlawn Funeral Home.
