Chopper was 14 years old when I met him for the first time. He impressed me as a young man who would eventually become a loving husband and father, mostly due to his parents rearing him in a loving and caring home. I was not dissappointed by him as he grew older. He stopped by to visit us in West Virginia on one of his many trips to Norfolk from Missouri. We were richer for knowing him and his whole extended family.

I will miss you Tim.  Your light still shines bright in Williamsburg.

I will forever remember Tim's smile and easy going nature.  He was a very caring, loving man who would always be there to help others, putting all whom he came in contact with before himself.  After my illness and hospitilization Tim was right there by my side offering words of comfort and prayer.  It was a pleasure meeting and knowing this kind gentleman.  Rest in peace my brother.  The Knights of Columbus will always be there for your family.

The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear.  We share your grief.

So sorry to hear of his passing.  My thoughts and prayers to his family.  We had our heads shaved together in 2013 at the St. Baldricks raise and shave event.

From viewing the pictures and knowing Tim's sister Colleen, it appears that Tim was definitely a man for others. I am sorry for your loss.

To the Killian Family, I am so sorry for your loss and I will always remember Tim with a smile. Tim has left a large hole in the world that will be hard to fill. I feel very lucky to have had the honor to have gotten to know him and your family. May God's grace shine down on your family in your grief and provide his loving warmth to ease you pain.

We were saddened to hear the news that Tim had passed. Although we were only in Norfolk a year, our son Tyler enjoyed knowing him in his Boy Scout Troop and we all enjoyed talking to him at the morning coffees at Christ the King School.  We know he is in God's loving care and looking out for all of you.  Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers up here in Cape Cod.

Timothy you were a great father for your two children and a wonderful model for all the youth at CTK school. You left a big legacy and we will miss you.

Tim's  struggle has taught me and I am sure many of us, what Faith really  is.  Not just faith, but Faith.  In Tim's struggle, he helped  all who knew him to live our life more fully and it challenged us  with our own faith journey. Tim knew that Christ's resurrection from His borrowed grave confirms that death could not hold Him, and it cannot hold Tim  either—a baptized child of God .  Thank you Tim for sharing a few moments of your life with me-it made an impact I will never forget. Enjoy your place there in the palm of Our Father's hand.
