Billy & Margie have been our neighbors and friends ever since the Navy moved us to Fair Meadows in 1981. We watched them raise their kids and grandkids on our street. Billy was always helping someone. He looked out for his neighbors but especially the Hannah’s. Billy and I pal’d around while I looked for work after retiring from the Navy and he and my wife’s dad, George, became co-mayors of The Neighborhood when my wife’s folks moved into our old house. What a duo they were! I never saw Billy cross with anybody, he always had a smile and wanted to chat. Oh he had his opinions which he’d gladly share always worth a laugh or two. What a great friend and neighbor. We are saddened he left us too soon. We will miss him. We send our condolences and prayers to the entire family.
