Alison Nicole Nagell, lovingly known as “Ali” and “Ali Cats,” passed away tragically on May 8, 2026, at the age of 31. Born on December 22, 1994, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Alison made her home in Tuttle, Oklahoma, where she built a life centered around family, hard work, and unconditional love.
Ali was a devoted mother whose greatest accomplishment and deepest joy was her six year old daughter, Lyliana. Everything she did was for her daughter, and she treasured every moment spent watching Lyliana dance, play softball, and simply grow through life. From movie nights together to everyday moments, Ali’s love for her daughter was endless and evident to all who knew her.
Ali worked as a Team Lead in the bakery department at Walmart, where her dedication and work ethic quickly stood out. She approached life with determination and carried dreams of a bright future for herself and her daughter. Those who knew her admired her fearless spirit, her strength through adversity, and her refusal to ever give up on the people and dreams she loved most.
Alison enjoyed all types of music and found happiness in simple moments spent with family. She will be remembered most for being a devoted mother, a loving daughter and sister, and a person whose love for her family defined her life.
Though her time here was far too short, the love Ali gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Alison was the cherished daughter of Monica and Gary Nagell. She is survived by her daughter, Lyliana of Tuttle; her sister, Tori Nagell-Butler of Tuttle; and her beloved nephews, Kyptin Butler and Kylden Nagell. She also leaves behind many loving family members, friends, coworkers, and all whose lives were touched by her strength and kindness.
Alison was preceded in death by her grandparents, Phyllis Purvis, Wyatt Purvis Jr., Dennis Nagell, Donald Tilman, and Juanita Tilman.
