Bobby Joe Richardson of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away on February 12, 2017, at the Southwest Medical Center Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years.
A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 11:00 am Sunday, February 19, 2017, at the Primrose Funeral Service Event Center.
