Clayton Jesse Ballard

Clayton Jesse Ballard born March 5, 1934, went to his heavenly home April 2, 2020. Was preceded in death by his Father Jesse C Ballard and Mother Beatrice, one brother Benny Ballard of Dallas, one sister Joann Anderson of Lawton and survived by wife Betty Ballard Moore and one son Donald J Ballard and wife Loretta Ballard of Salisaw, one sister Betty Northcut of Point. Grandchildren, TC Ballard and wife Kim of Harrison, AR., Nickie Godwin and husband Tim of Edmond. Great grandchildren, Sierra Ballard, Collin Ballard, Vanessa Ballard, and Shayla all of Harrison, AR. One great, great grandson, Nathan Rick of Arkansas. Two step daughters, Ginger Foster of Moore and Cynthia Frizzelle and husband Raymond Frizzelle of Miami, OK. Grandchildren Joshua Pollard and wife Priscilla of Plano, TX, Jonathan Pollard and wife Amanda of Celina, TX. Melissa Young and husband Doug of Tulsa, OK, Aaron Frizzelle and wife Reagan of Aubry, TX, Alexandria Horvath and husband Nick of Moore, OK. Great grandchildren, Jaxon, Malichi, Ethan, Jada, Liam, Chloe, Landon, Macphearson, Harrison, Evelyn, Ivie, Julian, Bennett, Andrew.

Clayton was in the Army and served overseas. Clayton was a member of Gospel Lighthouse Church of Dallas, TX for 40 years. He was also head usher for 30 years. While living in Dallas with his wife he owned and operated Ballard Wrecker Service for 20 years. He also worked for the City of Dallas a number of years before starting his business. He and his wife moved to Oklahoma 2 and ½ years ago where he lived at Grace Living Center until his death. Clayton was known and loved by many friends and family around Dallas, and Oklahoma. He is now a resident of Heaven and will be missed greatly.

Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park in Norman, Oklahoma.
