Janet worked as a sales associate for Dillards in Norman for over 20 years, receiving several Pace Setter awards during her tenure.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons: Charles Young and his wife, Kathryn and Mark Young, owner of A & A Tow Service of Norman.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Colburn Young.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Primrose Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, May 25, 2018 at Primrose Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Newcastle Memorial Gardens.
