

Norma Jean Potts-Conrad left her family and entered into her heavenly reward on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 87 years of age. She was born May 21, 1934, to Hollie Franklin and Fayora May (Bruster) Easley in Madill, OK.
Her early school years were spent in Madill and continued in Stillwater, OK, graduating from OSU. She was always a faithful member of a Baptist church. Norma began her professional career at the Oklahoma State Capitol as an aide to then Rep. David Boren. She finished her career as Assistant to the Deans of the College of Education at Oklahoma University in Norman.
She was married to Robert (Bob) Potts of Oklahoma for 41 years and raised two children. Bob preceded her in death in 1995. Norma later married John (Jack) Conrad of California until his passing after 18 years. She always said she felt blessed to have experienced two wonderful husbands through her life's journey. A love of gardening and travel enhanced that journey with color and vibrancy.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, older brother Doyle Easley and her beloved husbands. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin & Trudy Potts of Colorado and a daughter and son-in-law Keri & Lynn Lyles of Oklahoma; grandchildren include Cassidy Potts, Darby Potts, Kiley McClellan, Taylor McClellan, Cole McClellan and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Friday, April 8, 2022, at the IOOF cemetery in Norman, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Primrose Funeral Services.
