Left to mourn is his daughter Carolyn Nelson of Edmonton, AB, grandson Mark (Marisa) Nelson of Whitehorse, YK and great grandchildren Sascha and Sadie. He is also survived by his sisters Olga of Surrey, BC, Nellie, Liz, and Jane of Summerland, BC, Lee of Powell River, BC and his brother Joe of Powell River, BC. Alvin is predeceased by his loving wife Florence Konopelski.
A graveside remembrance was held on Wednesday, October 9th at the North Battleford City Cemetery with Rev. Frances Patterson officiating.
