Darrell Poundmaker

In loving memory, Darrell is survived by his loving wife Myrna; his sons and daughters, Evan (Serena), Nick (Andie), Holly (Nathan), Becky, and Josh; all grandchildren; and all of his friends, family and relatives.

Darrell was predeceased by his mother Louisa; his father Joseph Giles; his sister Brenda; his brothers Wayne and Terry, and his son Johnny; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, and relatives.

A wake for Darrell will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 at Poundmaker Veterans Hall, Poundmaker Cree Nation, SK. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Poundmaker Veterans Hall.

Darrell will be laid to rest in Poundmaker Cemetery, Poundmaker First Nation, Alberta.

Serving as pallbearers are Hugh Favel, Tyson Favel, Travis Favel, Nicholas Baptiste, Evan Pewapisconias and Nathan Atcheynum.
