It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Sophie Buchko, late of Battleford, Saskatchewan on June 16, 2013 at the age of 74 years. Ruth was born on May 12, 1939 at Rose Valley, Saskatchewan.
Ruth leaves behind to forever cherish her memory her loving husband of 44 years, Tony; her sons: Trevor (Amanda) - Taggert, Ty; Todd (Lynn) - Tanner, Jasmine, Brodie, and Nada; sister Rose (Nick) Chorney; brothers Vern (Alison) and Mike Zazula; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Anne and Steve Zazula; and brother Metro Zazula.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 21, 2013 from the Chapel of Sallows and McDonald - Wilson and Zehner Funeral Home, North Battleford. Interment will take place at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire, donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Society.
