Shayne Ethel Irene Armstrong

Shayne Armstrong was an immensely loved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, cousin, and friend. She was artistic in so many ways. She loved to create and was gifted with artistry, whether it was beading, sewing or crafting. She was also the best at maguivering things when she didn’t have the tools she needed. Let’s just all say she was a jack of all trades! Shayne loved spending time with family, laughing, and joking around with everyone. She was a devoted kukom-mom to her grandsons she raised.

She had a fierce personality and the most selfless heart, she always lit up every room she walked into. She had the ability to enhance each moment to make unforgettable memories. All the kids adored her greatly and loved being in her presence. They couldn’t wait for “Mommy Shayne” to visit.

Shayne was also a huge advocate for her community and all who were close to her. Shayne worked with West Coast Amusements for 20+ years all over BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. She loved all her WCA family. She will be greatly missed.

Shayne is survived by her Children Naomi (Vaughn), Paige (Corby), Payton, and Tinker (Colby); her Grandsons who she raised Kahleal, and Tanner; her Grandchildren Zaiden, Clara, Danielle, Braydie, and Adonis; her Parents Noreen (Alex), and Momma Bunny; her Brothers Alex, Christopher, Vincent, Darcy, and David( Andrea); her Sisters Audrey, Jasmine, Holly (Devin), and Sherry; her Aunties Selma (Lyle), Yvette, Debbie, and Melaine; her Uncles Dixon and Bernard; her Nephews Tristen, Jordan, Avery, Kole, Tyrus, Tyren, Talon, Micah, Joel, Christopher, Vinny, Sid, Barry, Johnny, and Jacob; her Nieces Kyrie, Taylor, Summer, Rita, Lily, Lila, Savana, Bianca, and Brooklyn; as well as more nieces, nephews and her numerous cousins, too many to name.

Shayne is predeceased by her adopted dad Leslie Ahlstrom, her granny who raised her Ethel Andrews, her grandmother Dorothy Armstrong, her uncle Glen Armstrong, her aunt Wilma Armstrong, her grandpa George Sangrey, her nieces Tanisha Armstrong, and Danielle Cuthand, and her Furbaby Pedro.
