Barbara M. Vaughn

She enjoyed gardening, was an avid card player, and loved bowling. She bowled at CRC for over 30 years. She was a passionate and devoted knitter. She donated her quilts, blankets and other various projects to senior citizens, as well as, My Sister's House. She was a lifetime member of the Charleston Rifle Club and the Ladies Auxiliary.

She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years John Vaughn, and is survived by her daughters, April Dianne Lee and Jennifer Rae Vaughn both of Summerville, her granddaughter, Casey Lynn Lee, two great-grandchildren, Amelia and Dominique Jr, and a brother, Calvin Wayne Mason of Summerville. She will especially be missed by her beloved companion, Buttons.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm in Parlor B at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Carolina Memorial at noon on Friday, March 13, 2020. Interment will be immediately follow the service in Carolina Memorial Park Cemetery with A Celebration of Life gathering at Old Fort Baptist Church at 2pm.
