(Bubba) Clarence E. Carter III 48, - Bubba entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 in Charleston, SC. Bubba was born in Charleston on Feb. 6th 1967. He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved mother, Jackie Jones; his 3 loving sisters, Nora Holland (Bill), Diane Rowell (Louie) and Julie Driggers (JC). "Uncle Bubba" is also survived by his Nieces, Nicky and Shiela: nephews: John, Chris, JR, Jay, Nathan and Andrew: 4 great nieces and 5 great nephews as well as many cousins and friends. Bubba has joined his fathers in heaven. Winston Jones Jr. and (Ace) C. E. Carter Jr. Bubba was a Christian and will be lovingly greeted in heaven and missed by all left behind.
