Eugene Daniel Skipper Sr. 71, of Manning, SC , husband of Wanda Skipper entered into eternal rest Friday March 20,2015. The relatives and friends of Eugene Skipper are invited to attend his funeral services on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 1PM at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME chapel, interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home.Eugene was born November 7, 1943 Aynor, SC , a son of the late Murray and Emma Skipper. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, especially his vegetable garden and hunting. He had worked 35 years in the Charleston area for Brown Transport and became an owner operator truck driver. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Wanda Skipper, a son: Eugene D. Skipper Jr. of Summerville, SC, a daughter: Vonda Moseley (William) of Summerville, SC, grandchildren: Christopher Longerbean, Austin Skipper and Hunter Skipper, brothers: James Skipper (Betty) of Manning, SC, Doug Skipper (Joyce) of Horry County, SC, sister: Edna Bell Martin (Nathan) of Aynor, SC.
