George Frederick "Pappy" Paquette, 87, of Hanahan, SC, husband of Patricia Paquette entered into eternal rest February 1,2019. George was born in Bridgeport, CT, a son of the late George Alfred Paquette and Beatrice Miller Paquette.
He served his country proudly in the US Navy, retiring after 22 years service. He went on to work for Detyens Shipyard as a machinist. He really enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Patricia Paquette, sons: Jon (Melanie) Paquette, Frederick "Fred" (Anna) Paquette and George Paquette, daughter: Yvonne McKeldin.
A memorial service for George "Pappy" Paquette will be held at a later date.
