Jeff was born on October 12 to the late Joseph and Lois Hamrick. He is survived by Sandra Miller (Lee), Nancy Cercopely, and Joseph Milton Hamrick, Jr. (Donna) of Charleston.
Jeff was employed by Goodwill. He loved his family and friends, especially his girlfriend Angela. He enjoyed playing for The Charleston Miracle League, listening to Elvis Presley, and cheering on his Clemson Tigers.
A Visitation will be held on July 16 at 10:00am followed by a service at 11:00am at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC. Burial to follow.
