Jaymie Lila Mizell-Wheat of Ravenel, South Carolina, has passed away on April 23, 2024.
Jaymie's journey through life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her children, as she selflessly poured out her love and embraced them with the warmth of her hugs. Born on July 13, 1991, in Charleston, South Carolina, Jaymie credited her parents, Marlene and Timmy Mizell, for imparting upon her the values of devotion and love that defined her role as both a mother and a wife.
Jaymie's essence radiated through her role as a homemaker and mother, characterized by her infectious smile, vibrant personality, and willingness to offer assistance wherever needed. Jaymie loved to dabble in culinary creativity, and could often be found in the kitchen, baking and cooking for those she cared about. The meals she made, that brought so much comfort, will not soon be forgotten. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to resonate in the hearts of those she touched.
Jaymie is survived by her husband, Jeremy Wheat, and her children, Timothy and Ava Leary, and Jackson Wheat; as well as her beloved parents, Marlene and Timmy Mizell, and her cherished sister, Ashley Harrell, whose lives were enriched by her presence.
Family and friends are invited to honor Jaymie's memory and bid their final farewells at a visitation on Friday, April 26, 2024, between 12:30 – 1:00 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home located at 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406. A chapel service to celebrate Jaymie’s life will follow at 1:00PM and she will be laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Gardens thereafter.
