Judy Walters

Mrs. Judy Carolina Walters Heppding, 72, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on March 8, 2017 in Charleston, SC. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, 11:00am at Carolina Memorial Park. Mrs. Walters was born October 10, 1944 in Sumter, SC, the daughter of the late William and Jessie Heppding. She was married to the late Jimmy A. Walters. She was a graduate of Winyah High School in Georgetown, SC, and a graduate of Conede Business College. She was retired from The Department of Social Services and employed by Target of North Charleston. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, William Hepping and Jessie Coker; her husband, Jimmy A. Walters; and a brother, Fred W. Heppding. Left behind to treasure her memory include her daughter, Christy Dunn; granddaughter, Tabitha Dunn; great-granddaughter, Ara’bella Grace Shankle; a sister, Ramona Young; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
